About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on marketing professional who’s ready to take ownership and make things happen. As our Marketing & Communications Specialist for North America, you’ll be the go-to person for bringing our brand to life in the US market. From planning events and coordinating trainings to managing social media and building partner relationships — you’ll handle a wide range of tasks and make sure our marketing efforts run smoothly. You’ll work closely with our team in Germany, but you’ll have the freedom to organize your work and get things done your way.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute events in the US, including trade shows, webinars, and partner events
  • Organize and moderate training sessions for partners in the automotive and home audio sectors
  • Create compelling marketing content tailored to the US market
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships and act as a key liaison to our German HQ
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and more
  • Run and optimize performance marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
  • Align US marketing strategies with global goals through close collaboration with HQ
  • Represent the brand at press and media events while managing US-based PR contacts
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the North American market
  • Based in the US with a valid work permit
  • Experience in building partner relationships and working across international teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Strong project management skills and hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
  • Proven track record in social media, lead generation, and performance marketing
  • Tech-savvy and passionate about high-quality consumer electronics
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
